New capabilities for our Mobile Phone App

My, how banking has changed. There was a time when branch tellers handled everything. Then came internet banking, and with it, many of the online conveniences we all now take for granted. Then the mobile app revolution arrived, enabling us to access funds anywhere within range of a cell phone signal.

LMCU brought its mobile banking app to our members in December of 2011. With a smartphone, it allowed you to check account balances, view transaction histories, transfer funds, pay bills and even deposit paper checks with its remote capture feature. But nothing ever stands still. Effective immediately, our mobile phone app has even more member-friendly features:

Mobile Chat 
You’ll now be able to connect and chat with our member services representatives during normal business hours. This feature is currently only available for Android users, with iPhone functionality to be added in the very near future.

Pending Transactions
You can now see all pending transactions when you view individual account activity. Pending transactions (if any) will appear at the top of each account page, allowing you to better gauge what’s safe to spend.

Enhanced User Interface
The look you see on our app has been reconfigured to make everything clearer and more intuitive.

If you already have our mobile phone app, the upgrade will happen automatically unless you’ve chosen to manually install upgrades.For iPhone/iPad, you can download from the Apple App Store. For Android devices, you can download from the Android Marketplace.
